This the side-A epoxy component and requires equal amounts of side-B catalyst component. It can be used with either Gloss Catalyst #405 or Satin Catalyst #463.

This color is 23 - Red. It is shown in the M&M Models Military Aircraft Color Guide - German Luftwaffe page.
It is mainly used for markings.
The closest Federal Standard color numbers are: FS #31302 and 31140. RAL color is 3020 Traffic Red.
